Our story

Made by hand, a few jars at a time

Artisan Glow is a small candle studio in Houston. We pour every jar by hand with natural soy wax and quality fragrance oils, then let it rest until the scent is at its best.

  1. 01We melt soy wax and blend each fragrance at the right temperature.
  2. 02Each jar is poured by hand around a centered cotton wick.
  3. 03Candles cure for 14 days so the scent throw is full and even.
  4. 04We label, box and pack every order with care.

Candle care

For a clean, even burn

  • On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges (2 to 3 hours).
  • Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every use.
  • Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax is left.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Burn on a heat-resistant surface.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1 to 3 business days from Houston. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days inside the US.

Can I pick up my order in Houston?

Yes. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will text you to set a time.

What if my candle arrives broken?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. Because candles are personal-care items, we don't accept returns of used candles.

Do you take large or gift orders?

Yes. For 10 or more candles (office gifts, teachers, events), email us at [email protected] for a special price.

Do you charge sales tax?

Texas sales tax (8.25%) is added at checkout only for orders delivered in Texas.
